salam to all. just got chances to update this. lots of things happen lately.
just to share n hopefully we will get something from this.

after my flight delayed,
in one night, i got all the news :

- papa not feeling well
- tok ma had been sent to ICU
- my uncle had been warded

WAIT! i'm not going to tell all the stories.
BUT, i want to highlight one of those. about my uncle.

"Dont panic ! To God Al-Mighty we pray .Lets the medical team do their part initially. There is no doubt to it's seriousness since it occured acutely with rather rapid progression & functionally incapable, as mention to us earlier .The picture seems of something related to a fairly common medical condition a "polyneuropathy" - involvement bunche of pheripheral nerves . Gullian barre's syndrome is one up in the list of my differential diagnosis.dont worry your attending physician is in position to do better & understand as to take charge of it

mainly involve distal limbs with numbness or loss of sensation initially ,usually LL follow rapidly with motor loss, result in inability to perform motor functions - or gravely paralyz.

1. Stroke should be excluded who with background of Hypertension .Might be confused with either Diabetic neuropathy or nerve entrapment if it's localized .

2. said to be auto-immune cause - whereby defensive cells phagocyte/attack to own tissue in GBS afinity towards/ the damage to mylen sheath ( tissue enveloping the conducting nerve fibers )

3. Unknown might be related to some infections & or toxins of GIT gastrointestinal - bacterial ; campylobacter jejuni . or viral of origin.

4 .treatment - immunoglobulin influsion since auto-immune causal factor

5.Prognosis - non-infective with only musculoskeletal involvement quite good however one with repiratory & heart involvement - very poor!

this is just a part of emails that i got from my uncles n aunties. their diagnosis. doctors point of view.

what really happen in the morning was :

"Uncle Efi complaint about his weak fingers. Then dia kena gi meeting in USM. Ingatkan it's just his normal complain but actually masa meeting it getting worse, jari manis and kelingking cannot move and all fingers are weak. So dia pegi klinik and klinik kata tak tau what it's actually is and ask him to go to hospital. His friend send him to hospital and hospital also have the same answer.So he need to be warded. Quite surprise that he's weaker than the morning when he departed to USM. Jalan perlahan je and it's difficult for him to pick up things. And we are still finding aswers" - Che Su, Uncle Efi's wife.

everything happened so fast. without we realized it, he cannot walk already. there were no sign that he would suffer like this. At first, his fingers. Then, all parts below his chest. Nobody expect like this. Uncle Efi seemed healthy the day before. But, now he is bedridden.for how long, we don't know. even the doctors cannot give the exact time. it can be 3 months, 6 months, a year or maybe forever! He has 3 small children, the eldest is just only 7. as i got this news, i was speechless. but Che Su is a strong women. chaiyok!

CHE SU, ALLAH LOVES YOU!

nway, lets read her email to us:

"....... Jazakallahukhairan everyone for the support. Only Allah the Almighty can pay for your kindness. Truthfully, it was something unexpected. Never before I can think this thing happening to me. But only Allah knows hikmah behind all these.

But 1 big thing that I learnt, always syukur with what you have. Seeing Efi losing his ability 1 after another, makes me said to myself, everything belongs to Allah, and once Allah wants it back, it can happen anytime Appreciate what or who you have now and use it or spend with your loved one"

i was stunned for a moment,my aunt is soo strong.
how about me??even facing IB makes me want to give up, (tensi sana sini,)but she is facing a greater challenge that may change her bright future. how ungrateful i'm. huhu.
yup, it is true. Everything belongs to Him.
in one second He can take back everything, all the ni'mat, our senses, our ability etc.
so, be grateful of we have. never ever regret. and use all the ni'mat wisely.
like Che Su said, appreciate everything around us as long as we can !!

however, He knows what is the best for us.

[216] Fighting is prescribed upon you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not. (AL-Baqarah)

and above all that, He loves us. what is happening is the greatest thing to happen. He wants to tell us something that we might forgot or we might don't know.
