kaki tidur

salam. hohoho.

ONE Go to bed early and avoid sleeping before Isha' prayer.

TWO
Avoid eating too much before sleeping. If you haven't had dinner after Isha', make sure the dinner is light so you will be able to wake up, and not make you fat too.hohoho.

THREE
Ask your housemate, husband/wife (anda lom kawen), parents, or neighbours to help wake you up, or alternatively, use alarm clock, if you can trust it, that is.

FOUR
Don't linger lazily for long in bed or keep warmth under your duvet once awake.

FIVE
Don't forget adab before sleeping and re-sleeping such as making du'a (supplication), reciting ayat al-kursiy and the last three surahs of the Qur'aan.

SIX Avoid useless talk after Isha'. Lock your bedroom doors after Isha' prayer.

SEVEN Fill your heart with faith and good deeds. For example, reading the Quran or religious book before sleeping. At the same time, protect your heart from such external allurements or keep away from acts of disobedience to Allah. Hence, mind your eyes and ears to what is unlawful for them. Perhaps, midnight movie is such a great shaithan that could make you not able to wake up for Fajr.

Imam Ibn al-Qayyim said, "sins are wounds and some wounds can be fatal." Hasan al-Basri was once asked: "Why is it that we cannot uphold prayers at night?" He answered: "You are shackled in your own sins".

EIGHT Bear in mind the great reward for attending Fajr prayer in congregation on time, and the strong rebuke for those who fail to observe it and to satisfy its conditions.

`Uthman ibn 'Affan related: I heard Allah's Messenger p.b.u.h. said: "He who prays `Isha' in jama'ah (congregation) is as if he has prayed for half the night . As to he who (also) prays Fajr in jama'ah, it is as if he has prayed all night." (Narrated by Malik and the wording is that of Muslim who also reported it).

Similarly, al-Bukhari, Muslim and an-Nasa'i related on the authority of Ibn Mas'ud r.a. that he said: The case of a man who slept all night up to sunrise (without waking up for Fajr) was related to the Prophet p.b.u.h. whereupon he said: "That was a man in whose ear shaithan has urinated", or he said "in both his ears".

NINE
Bear in mind the bad effects resulting from one's failure to pray Fajr, such as the melancholic and depressive state of mind and the loss of many religious and worldly benefits, and the good effects resulting from managing to perform it. Furthermore, there are many benefits to the health derived from waking up for Fajr prayer.

TEN
Waste no time to categorically clear you from the stigma of hypocrisy. Because of the difficulty of waking up for this time, praying Fajr in congregation provides evidence that a person has firm faith and is free from hypocrisy.

That is why in a hadith narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim, the Prophet
p.b.u.h. said: "Indeed, the most difficult of prayers to bear, for the hypocrites, are Isha' and Fajr prayers. If only they knew what they are missing, they would sooner come, even if crawling on their knees".

The
most worthy companion, Abdullah Ibn Mas'ud r.a. asserted, "The only one indeed who misses them (Isha' and Fajr prayers) is a confirmed hypocrite". Ibn Umar r.a. said, "When we find a man missing from the Isha' and Fajr prayers we nurture suspicions about him".

p/s Fajr prayer = solat subuh, tp before solat subuh tuh, leh solat sunat luh, huhuhu. tak specific tuk bulan pose jer, leh apply pd bulan laen jugak. >_<
tips ni dari abang, thanks, bro!
